18 Weeks Today

How your baby's growing:Head to rump, your baby is about 5 1/2 inches long (about the length of a bell pepper) and he weighs almost 7 ounces. He's busy flexing his arms and legs — movements that you'll start noticing more and more in the weeks ahead. His blood vessels are visible through his thin skin, and his ears are now in their final position, although they're still standing out from his head a bit. A protective covering of myelin is beginning to form around his nerves, a process that will continue for a year after he's born. If you're having a girl, her uterus and fallopian tubes are formed and in place. If you're having a boy, his genitals are noticeable now, but he may hide them from you during an ultrasound.

ITS A BOY!!!!!

Wow word just can't describe our excitement. We arrived at "That's my Baby" it was such a nice place. Me, Daddy, Grama Cindy and pop Mike all went. She said it was a Boy right away, she also said you where so long and looked like daddy. You weighed 7oz. We are thinking of calling you Ethan Jagger Murphy or Ethan Tyler Murphy. You look so cute I think you where even smiling in one of the pics.

Daddy is so excited and can't wait to start playing catch with you.

Me at 16 weeks

Today I was having a great morning. I got up got ready for my normal trip to columbia. Daddy took this pic of me in the morning. When I got to work everything changed

My boss came in and was kinda getting on me about a report that he said I forgot to send. NO I DID not but I couldn't find it. But anyway I got soooo upset, he didn't see it but I started to cry which was a 1st I couldn't stop. I was so emotional.

Also new thing my eyes are so dry, they are burning and I have begun to have heartburn every night. My sleeping this week has also been rough I fall asleep at 7 or 8 then up at 2am fall back to sleep at 3am up at 6am.

16 Weeks

We are now reaching mid October, I just had a doctors apt. yesterday. Doctor Mahata said your heartbeat sounded great! I had to get blood taken again, she said I am now 124lbs. I still am wearing my normal clothes, I just have a small belly.

Daddy and I will be finding out in one week if you are a boy and a girl. I'm so excited, I broke down the other day and bought you a Halloween costume for next year :). I can't wait to start working on your room. It feels like time is flying by I am almost 5 months now. which means only 4 months to go crazy.

14.5 weeks

Well its been a little while, everything has calmed down a lot. Or at least I have lol. I spoke to the doctor you are perfectly fine :), which was music to my hears. My Doppler came and it works great. I can now listen to your heartbeat whenever I want. My stomach has started to grow now, and I have been eating more. I will post a new pic soon.
